I assume (but hope I'm wrong) that would include the No Magic Ranger version that was in UA? I thought it was a really good improvement for the ranger class. If this isn't on the schedule to be implemented, would it be possible to create this variant through the new subclass builder that is in the works? In other words, is one of the goals to be able to create a variant like this?

I never played it, but the revised ranger entailed modifications in the core class. One could try to emulate it in the upcoming sub-class homebrew feature.

Ditto, Phoenix Sorcerer especially has some pretty simple and obvious fixes to make it balanced and playable in the game
