What can we safely predict? So far, we’ve had four subclasses per class and all the 2014 PHB subclasses have been preserved, except when there have been more than four for a class (Cleric). The only supplements from which subclasses have been drawn are Xanathar and Tasha (so I don’t think the Echo Knight will appear). Beyond these observations, we’re into speculation.
Jeremy Crawford referred to the Necromancer in one the IA videos (as an example of other potential uses of standard stat blocks being tried for the Druid) , so I think we might see that.
I wonder if we might see a “Shadowfell/Raven Queen” Warlock. When the Hexblade first appeared in a 5e UA article, it was alongside a Raven Queen patron. The published Hexblade seems to have carried over some of the original Raven Queen flavour. Now that some of the Hexblade features have been integrated into the Pact of the Blade, we could see a broader Shadowfell-themed subclass re-emerge.
Not sure about the Divine Soul sorcerer: I wondered if they might avoid subclasses which tread too close to other classes (Cleric in this case) in the PHB (so probably no Celestial patron either). My guess would be the Storm Sorcerer instead.
The attempt to make the Monk less tightly tied to a single set of cultural tropes makes me wonder if the Samurai would continue to have the same title.
I’m curious: I believe we were told that 48 subclasses would be presented in the play test; has it been said whether all 48 will appear in the PHB? Or will the three most favourably received for each class be published?
Probably the three they feel need the least work on them.

Subclasses I believe most likely to be released with the 5R PHB
Fighter: Champion, Battle-Master, Eldritch Knight, and either Samurai or Echo Knight.
Barbarian: Berserker, Totem, Beast, Ancestral.
Wizard: Evocation, Conjuration/Necromancy, Enchanter, Abjuration.
Sorcerer: Draconic, Wild-Magic, Shadow, Divine Soul.
Warlock: Fiend, Great-Old One, Archfey, Undead.
