The only UA class at the moment appears to be the Artificer. The Sidekicks don't appear anywhere (Or did they make it into Salt Marsh?). And a lot of the other sea stuff was just published in Saltmarsh, so it is no longer UA.
I think sidekicks were added to the new essentials kit. It will probably have its own system rather than just being a new class (because it isn't and that would confuse players). It may or may not take a while for devs to incorporate that system.
All the ship and sea related UA is in GoS or archived (probably).
