Does anyone know why DNDBeyond only offers the Genie and Lurker in the Deep patrons, but not the Seeker?

Because the Seeker is SUPER OLD and has long since been abandoned by the Wizards design team. DDB only incorporates new Unearthed Arcana, after the cutoff date they've openly informed players of in this forum, and regularly archives old UA at Wizards' specific request.
