I just checked the phrasing on the Maneuvering Attack feature for the Battle Master archetype and it is identical on D&D Beyond to the current revision (6th print) of the Player's Handbook hardback book.
If you are looking at a physical book that has different wording, it is likely a previous edition and the wording was errata'd by Wizards of the Coast.
Please be assured that the wording you see on D&D Beyond is correct.
Ah it seems that there is a wording issue in the charactersheet itself. The playershandbook and The sheet have different wording for the maneuvering attack.

It seems there is a difference in the wording of the attack. Handbook says comrades, DNDbeyond says creature that can hear or see you.
Might just be a little wording issue, just wanted to post it on the form
if there is anything i overlooked, sorry about that.
Kind regards
