One of the most powerful forces in D&D is simply, a whole lot of monsters. Even for monsters with real high AC, crits still exist, and when there are 10000 of them, there will be about 500 crits per round on average, even if they have disadvantage, that's still 25 crits on average . So, what monsters or interesting combinations of monsters (don't say 100000000000000000000 goblins or something) can defeat this. (Also don't forget that living creatures need to sleep, so using 1/Day abilities over and over might not be a viable strat). The monsters only have items in their statblock, as well as food and water for long enough combats. Finally, their goal is to defeat the archers, not just survive.
The Archers:
There are 10000 of them, all armed with longbows (range of 150/600). These, for fun, are magical for the purpose of overcoming immunities/resistances. Their prime and only goal is to kill the creatures. For AOE stuff, they are spread out so that a fireball could hit about 280 of them. They also have ways of dealing with perma-revive creatures, such as holy water, and the totally real item Lich-Soul-Box-Destroyer TM (just to make it more interesting).
If you have any questions, just ask.
Now here's an example: A solar can throw their flying sword down, which can't be hurt, they then can fly anywhere they can see the sword, but out of range, and wait patiently (they don't need sleep).

Hmm, yes this works for most monsters with scrying, though there aren't many.

Well Invulnerability only lasts 10 minutes. Mystics don't exist, sorry. Okay for some more clarification, only stuff from MM, MOTM, or FTOD

An ancient red dragon's lair effects (portals to the plain of fire occasionally a mile around) could theoretically lead to enough monsters crossing over to kill all the archers maybe.

Oooh, yes, the same could work for a blue dragon. Any given monster has maybe a 99.99999999999999999999% chance, but with an infinite number, they can always win.

*insert evil cackling here* I think I have a contribution to this.
Behold, the Ancient Green Shadow Dragon! Now, a Shadow Dragon's breath weapon has the funny little ability that if any creature is killed by the dragon's breath weapon, it comes back as a shadow under your command after a little while. Now, please correct me if I'm misinterpreting this, but I'm pretty sure that RAW there is no specification of what kind of creature has to die to create a shadow.
Therefore, just breath weapon inside of an anthill (I chose the green dragon because the gas from their breath weapon could do well in flowing into small spaces), and you'll have hundreds, if not thousands of shadows to command within a few turns of delay. Then, fly up and out of the range of the archer's arrows, and lead the archers over the anthill (odds are, they won't suspect anything to come out of the little anthill, let alone a shadow army), and watch as they get ambushed.
Now, here's the kicker: Every shadow you create with your breath weapon has the potential to reduce the Strength score of a creature they hit by 1d4, regardless of if they're immune to the necrotic damage or not. If this attack kills an archer (by either just outright killing them, or reducing their Strength to 0), a new shadow appears from their corpse 1d4 hours later. Your army will likely get eradicated within a few rounds, sure, but it will take a good portion of them out before then, and then they'll get ambushed all over again... and again... and again.
All the while, you still get to be a big scary dragon with hundreds of HP that can just do flyby attacks with your breath weapon and take out archers by the dozens each time, making more shadows and more chaos. Legendary Actions help a lot with this, as you can move into and out of arrow range at the drop of a hat.

Ahh, yea I should have expected thing from the one who destroyed the Tarrasque in this very way. The only thing is, it might have to find other creatures to turn to shadows, as the archers have a range of 600, farther then the breath weapon. Although at long range, the dragon could survive about 12 rounds, assuming average luck. So yea, this totally works. Also heres a slightly boring one. Empreans can fly, and their ranged attack has a long range of 600. They also don't need sleep. Just shoot a bolt, then go 601 ft away from the archers. Repeat 9999+ times
