Without much elaboration of what your idea is besides 3 words, I'll recommend a Bard or Sorcerer. Bards for their persuasiveness, which is often associated with nobility, and Sorcerer because of having an otherworldly bloodline (Shadow Sorcerer might work).

Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Glamour Bard is supposed to represent a fey noble. Not much different for a tiefling noble to be the same.
Warlock could still work - its not like you absolutely NEED a Patron if you can get your DM to agree; alternatively, the Patron could just be your archdevil parent occasionally tossing you your inheritance. Furthermore, having an imp servant would absolutely fit a Princess of Hell vibe. There's a lot of ways to run this without it being a pact. Heck, you could even do it as a Genie instead of Fiend, get access to wishing magic while we're at it.
Paladins are very noble-like as well. Especially Conquest, inspiring obedience. Mastermind rogue has some leadership-like qualities.

Good Idea, but I decided on a non-melee oriented class, so paladin is out of the question
Are we talking PC or NPC? If PC, I'd probably look at backstory first: why is she not being a pampered little princess (in Hell or elsewhere), how come she's slumming it with the regular folk, and what makes her different in the first place? If NPC, I wouldn't even bother with a class.

I feel like sorcerer is the most appropriate... Sadly there aren't any demon/devil/fiend themed subclasses... You could either take the divine soul and be the chosen one an evil god instead of hell.. Or you could reflavor one of the other ones.
I would say 'NPC.' As a DM, if I allowed such a character at all as a PC, I would be exercising a large degree of DM caveat in the character's design. 'Prince' or 'Princess' titles are heavy titles and for the outer planes are typically filled with demigods or outright major deities.
"Prince" and "princess" aren't even really titles in the Nine Hells, since immortal beings of evil have no need for hereditary rulership.

Glasya will kill you for this.
Anyway OP, I think I see what you're getting at. A high-charisma "princess of hell" who loves hugs, and doesn't want to get in melee. Could you elaborate on your character's relationship with their parent(s)?

"Prince of Lies" is not a common alias then? You figure there is no hierarchy in a Lawful Evil realm of existence?
Not in Hell. "Prince" is a title used by demons- Baphomet, Prince of Beasts; Orcus, Prince of Undeath; Demogorgon, Prince of Demons. Devils would hate to sharing a title with their most hated enemies. "Prince of Lies" is a title used by Fraz-Urb'luu.
The Nine Hells have a hierarchy, but it's one of appointed rank, not inherited. A devil's rank is bestowed upon them by Asmodeus, not birth.
I’d say go with a tiefling for your race because they have an infernal bloodline. Tweak your back story to say that your infernal ancestor is your parent and then pick any class that you want. Since you said your character loves hugs Bard is an obvious choice for your class, but any of the spell casting classes will work. An Order Domain Cleric is something that I’d be tempted to pick because devils are lawful and they thrive on order.
hmm.. social, likes hugs, and a "princess of hell" are honestly pretty vague and could fit into any class if you wanted. I could be wrong but i'm going to jump off of what Mephista said and assume you're trying to build Charlie or a character like her. For that i'd probably go with a Bard, especially since charlie likes to attempt to inspire others through song. Haven't read them fully but collage of creation or glamour sound like they could be great fits depending on what aspect you want to focus on. A lot of the princess of hell stuff is probably going to come from your background/backstory so you'll want to work with you DM and discuss what they'll allow in the game.
hope this helps some sorry if I'm way off, i"d love to discuss this idea further if you have more details or other thoughts.

The way that the Glamour Bard sort of limits the "alluring, seductive" magic to the Fey origins in the subclass description has always irked me...just a little bit.
That sort of magic can definitely come from any sort of planar origins that can be interpreted as "beautiful"...and it really should, considering how many options are there:
Celestial Planes - wondrous, angelic appearance that radiates a warm glow
Shadow Planes - ghostly appearance, vampire charm
...and in your case, a "Princess of Hell" using Glamour Bard as a subclass, I feel, would be perfect: plenty of infernal creatures are all about seductive power, alluring images, and pretty much tempting others...a Princess of Hell would just be sincere about it.
Nearly all the College of Glamour features can be flavored as the Bard breaking out into a sudden musical number (if I'm understanding your character concept).
I also agree with Sorcerer...probably a Draconic Sorcerer (there is that underlying "demon form" that can be flavored with the Draconic Sorcerer's scales or horns).

Obviously, fire for the element.
Hmmm, so maybe breaking out into song for the Glamor Subclass. Who says their voice can be a musical instrument? For the image I am after, I am thinking of a "gorgeous on the outside, merciless on the inside" personality. She can have a beautiful singing voice as part of that!
See title. and yes, I have heard of the Fiend Pact, but the concept does not involve a pact.

This question is so vague that literally any class could be justified based on how you wanted to justify it.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

PC
And she is actually a VERY social character. Loves hugs too.
That's still completely vague and could work for any type of class.

Nepotism is very much a thing in the Nine Hells. Two of the archdevils trace their ranks to their parents.

You still need a musical instrument for your spellcasting focus, but okay
