Are there anny Elf Demon lords or other entities that can be a warlock patron? I want to play a hexblade warlock but with ties to the fey. I read about the Fey'ri but they sound more like Thieflings? I'm looking for a less playable entitie.

Valid. Since we are talking Fey'ri and therefore Forgotten realms, there are demons that have aligned with/reported to Lolth as well. Such as Wendonai | Forgotten Realms Wiki | Fandom
And of course, you could make up one as well, as I am sure there are plenty of strictly demonic servant running around vying for Lolth's attention in their search for more power.
There’s no reason any Fey creature can’t be a Hexblade patron. Consider that the relationship between Fae and providing a magical sword is ancient (most notably the Matter of Britain, but you’ll see things like this in other faerie tales). It wouldn’t be too hard to use this historical basis as justification for any high Fae entity to be your Hexblade patron.
The main problem with fey patrons is that 5th edition hasn't gone into any real detail about the archfey (previous editions haven't done a great job either). On the plus side, that means there's quite a bit of space available to invent stuff.
It's not entirely clear the origins of the moonblades, but it would easily be possible to link the concept to a hexblade.
Just a short question,
