The PHB was said to be released in May on a slide made by WotC, but it was quickly withdrawn. It seems reasonable to surmise that it was the intention to release then at least at some point. Whether that's still the plan is anyone's guess - and whether it will be on time is a equally up in the air. My guess would be sometime between May and August.
There's been nothing official and solid yet.

The original indication from WotC was May 21, 2024 but we'll see
This was discussed a few days ago too, as I imagine it will every few days till stores and DDB start announcing pre-order windows with drop dates.
