Hi my dudes... so, i have those questions and i can't find a answer. What do you think about these possibilities?
1- does simulacrum have the memories from the target?
2 - does simulacrum have souls?
3 - if a caster cast true polymorph object into creature it have a soul?
4 - if i do a clone from a true polymorphed creature, the clone is from its currently form or the previous one? (Assuming 1h concetration have passed and the creature is permanently polymorphed).
5 - can i use fabricate on a golden horse made by true polymorph to make lots of gold coins?
6 - True polymorphed a rock into a baby gryphon until it become permanent, will it grow older and become at some point of life a adult gryphon?
7 - If i cast true polymorph 'objects into creatures' and create a male and female dog could them reproduce?
8 - Does a polymorphed creature dies from old age?
9 - if i've true polymorphed myself into a lesser star spawn emissary and got 0 hp, did i became a greater one or the spell is lost?
1- does simulacrum have the memories from the target?
Yes.
ALL QUESTIONS RELATING TO SOULS
Check DM. There is no actual rules definition on what a soul is, whether spells can create them or not or what happens to such in cases of transformations. Since no official rule exists, this will be up to DMs with their individual interpretations, opinions and preferences. So, check with DM.
4 - if i do a clone from a true polymorphed creature, the clone is from its currently form or the previous one? (Assuming 1h concetration have passed and the creature is permanently polymorphed).
Current form.
5 - can i use fabricate on a golden horse made by true polymorph to make lots of gold coins?
Technically the object so created, being a product of manual creation rather than natural, is not a "raw material". Also any such change would count as destruction of the object which immediately ends the spell returning them to original form. So, no.
6 - True polymorphed a rock into a baby gryphon until it become permanent, will it grow older and become at some point of life a adult gryphon? 7 - If i cast true polymorph 'objects into creatures' and create a male and female dog could them reproduce?
Yes. It becomes the creature and can do and be whatever that creature can do and be.
8 - Does a polymorphed creature dies from old age?
Object to creature : Yes. And when it dies it returns to the object. Creature to object: No.
9 - if i've true polymorphed myself into a lesser star spawn emissary and got 0 hp, did i became a greater one or the spell is lost?
One of those unclear things. I would argue you return to being you.

Spell descriptions and PHB.
1 - I think so. So i can use wish to create a simulacrum of a npc instantly an it have the memories from the original npc, right?
Yes.
4 - And if it dies it goes to the clone, right? So, lets suppose i've cast true polymorph on myself to became a goat, my simulacrum cast clone on me in goat form and adfer 1h of concentration i became a goat until dispelled ou get to 0hp. 120 days latter i die, so i will come back in the goat clone? And what if someone dispell me after i've returned?
So yes, you would be stuck in that clone body. Dispel magic would not affect the clone.
5 - You convert raw materials into products of the same material. You does not destroy it, you just change it. In other way i can assume that if i cast true polymorph again i'm destroying the older form releasin the target from the old True Polymorph as actually i just have changed it... no? I was lazy when built the question, but i can turn the werever i want into a gold nugget or something that must be a raw material into gold coins? Or turn someone into a giant diamond then split it into lesser diamonds?
Changing the form of something is destruction and recreation. If I threw you into a shredder, turning you into mulch, then you're no longer a person, you're just a mass of gore. If I smelted an iron ingot and turned it into a blade, it is no longer an iron ingot it is now a blade. If I smashed a glass bottle it is no longer a bottle, it's just broken glass.
If you turn something into a golden horse the object is "a golden horse", if you smelt this (magically or otherwise) it is no longer the object "a golden horse" and so the object of "a golden horse" has been destroyed, regardless of the intent of the remains.
If you want to get rich just invest in casting Simulacrum of yourself. The Sim can then just Wish for an object worth 25,000. Sell it. Invest some of that money so that the Sim can cast Simulacrum of you. The second sim can then cast wish for another 25,000 gold. Repeat ad infinitum.
9 - [illegal link removed] Lesser star spawn Emissary and [illegal link removed] Greater star spawn emissary.
When the lesser star spawn dies the greater appear. But if you read de info abou them theyre the same, in different forms!
From the spell: "The spell lasts for the duration, or until the target drops to 0 hit points or dies"
Please do not link to illegal online resources. The monsters are copyrighted content in the van richten book and it is illegal to share them publicly.
Anyway, you dropped to 0 hit points. The spell ends. So whether the feature of the star spawn triggers or not is irrelevant - the spell still ends and you still return to being you, regardless. The stat block doesn't say "instead of dropping to 0 hit points" like other features. The lesser does drop to actual 0 hit points, transforms and gains a new bunch of hit points. The actual dropping to 0 hit points still actually happens, so the true poly spell still actually ends and you still actually become you.
