Short answer: You can't without homebrewing something for it. There is no toggle for special things like lycanthropy within the Dnd Beyond creature at the current time. I have no idea if they are working on adding it at the current time either. Sorry.
What people have talked about in the past was to create an magic item with the abilities you want and then toggle on the magic item when you have those abilities.
I have to create a Werebat character. I haven't found any way to add the lycanthropy ability/condition.
Anyone can help?
Thanks.

"Play the game however you want to play the game. After all, your fun doesn't threaten my fun."
Add it in your "Extras" Section and follow the stat block and it works out fine you just have to modify things manually.
Where is the "Extras" section?
EXTRAS section is located on character sheet:
under HP
under Conditions
EXTRAS is one of the tabs in that large frame on the right side of the character sheet (other tabs are : ACTIONS SPELLS ... NOTES EXTRAS)
What people have talked about in the past was to create an magic item with the abilities you want and then toggle on the magic item when you have those abilities.
Good Luck
Under Extras, select the category wild shape, and then search for were to pick the were creature you can turn into.
