Just as the title says. I pre-ordered it to get the 2 weeks early access to the book. It's now the 7th (currently 2pm in the UK) and can't see any sign of it.
The general release date was 21st February but if you preorder the digital/physical bundle you got early access to the digital version on the 7th. I did and I've been wondering where it is all day as well
It was on all of the pre-order information. Pre-order and you get it 2 weeks earlier.
They might have removed it from the website but this video still says it'll release early on Feb 7th so I will be very annoyed if it doesn't - https://youtu.be/RhwUWke8w3I?t=320
I've just seen this. I'm going to be pissed if the early access is for the bundle

When you preorder Keys from the Golden Vault, you'll receive exclusive handcrafted perks to get your character sheet ready for your heists, including character sheet backdrops featuring art from the book, character portrait frames, and the Gilded Glitz Dice Set. On top of that, those that preorder the physical + digital bundle will get digital access to Keys from the Golden Vault two weeks early!
Wizards of the Coast is an American company - you’ll get access to your product based on America’s time (Wizards is headquartered in Washington - 2:00 p.m. in England is 7:00 a.m. there). Dragonlance was released at 3:00 p.m. UTC, so I would expect the book to come out at around the same time. Perhaps as much as an hour after - it is pretty common for tech releases to drop an hour or so after scheduled time due to unforeseen technical hiccups.
So, I expect it will be released in about an hour, maybe two - as planned. (Time at posting: 2:16 p.m. UTC)
The early access is for the physical/digital bundle that you can purchase through dndstore.wizards.com. If you pre-ordered just the digital version, that will unlock on the 21st of February

What a load of balls. Anyone know how I can get a refund?

I think the announcement was fairly clear as to which product provided early access and which did not, but you could certainly submit a support ticket here, explain that you were confused about what you were buying, and ask for a refund.
Having said that I can only find it on the main website, it’s not showing on the mobile site and not available to download on the iOS app so I can’t read it on my iPad. Any idea how I can access it slightly easier than firing up my desk top pc?

the app propagation typically does take longer than the website. give it a little bit and even the app will show up.

As shown here, the digital-only preorder also said February 7th as well. I didn't think to take a screenshot like they did, but as of when I ordered mine last night, the digital only pre-order page said Feb 7 also. I made sure to double check because I was debating whether to get the physical bundle or digital only, and both said Feb 7 as of last night, so I opted for the digital-only.
I mean, it's not the end of the world, but I'm pretty sure this is not a case of user confusion. Intentionally or mistakenly, the DDB marketplace page stated Feb 7 up until sometime last night or early this morning.

How do I access the book?
According to the preorder page it says "Available February 21st". Where did you get 7th February from?

I guess they're taking the same flexible approach to time that they do for the montly subscriber perks. :(

Thanks Caerwyn. I guess I'm used to living in a world of midnight releases. I thought I was already being pretty patient waiting til 2 :(

I can see it in the menu, and see the contents page, but not view any of the content.
Yep, it's showing in the UK now

Thanks, hopefully it won’t be too long then

Thanks. I was sure I didn’t make a mistake. I only bought it because it said early release and it was a birthday treat.
If I’m waiting till the 21st I’ll just pick up the book. Hopefully I can get that refund
