It's not just me. I've come across a LOT of people who havent heard ANYTHING about their pre-order status. It's pretty garbage when I go through the effort to pre-order something, and i hear nothing,  especially when i could go to my FLGS and just gone and bought it yesterday. 

If it was going to be late for some ridiculous reason, even just an update would've been nice. Communication is key. 

Try contacting them on Twitter, someone who can actually help is more likely to see it there than these forums.

Yes I’ve jumped on the forums for more information about this too. I haven’t heard anything and was expecting at least an email announcing shipment. 

I’m really surprised by this. There certainly weren’t any delays in taking my money 😂 

watching this thread in case more information follows. 

Quick to take the money and say no refunds. 

Wizards Customer Support Response

They just got back to me and above is a screenshot of the response. They said " Your order is still in the early stages of the shipping process and is being prepared for shipment. Your order is still within the expected time frame for shipping, if you do not receive tracking after 30 days of the listed release date, please let us know and we will investigate further."

That's WILD. Like if I'm pre-ordering something this is not expected time frame for shipping. If I can go through Amazon, A book store, my FLGS - And have gotten it sooner, I would've NEVER ordered the bundle. And to wait 30 days before they'll look further into it is nuts.

Thats outrageous!! They said it could take 30 days to ship?? For the people that pre-ordered it months ago?? But yet they have plenty to send to retailers!?!?!?!?! Yeah thats real smart, give wayfair fans the chance to get your products before the diehard fans that actually keep you in business. NOT smart WotC

This is certainly a shit way of fulfilling orders.  As stated by many others, I doubt I will ever do preorder with D&D directly again.

Man. This is horrifying. How can they ship to retailers... but can't even ship mine to me after I bought it before retailers.

No updates? Status is the same. I was really expecting a tracking number yesterday, but nothing. Crickets. 

I'm still waiting as well. This is very unprofessional but expected from a company that is falling apart.

Truth.

This is disappointing, to put it mildly. I went onto the Wizards site and there is no tracking info for my book. I can see the receipt, but no even estimated time of delivery. Disappointing.

Shipping confirmation just got sent but only labels have been printed not actually shipped yet 

I just got a shipping confirmation with a UPS tracking number. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. 

This is rediculous.  I put in a "ticket" to them on the 6th asking where my pre-order is and they haven't even responded to that.  Does anyone work over there?  There is ZERO way of getting a hold of anyone.  Why pre-order?  What a scam.  This is the last time I buy a pre-order from them.  I'll just go to Tabel Top Game and Hobby on drop day and buy from my local retailer.  UNACCEPTABLE!

I just got my "Your Wizards Of The Coast order number XXXXXXXX is on its way!" email.

At least a fellow Foss got their confirmation... this one is still waiting

Yeah I am a little disappointed too. I mean I don't 'need' it right now, but if I would have preordered the book on Amazon I know I would have gotten in on the 6th. Pretty clear WIzards wasnt properly prepared for this. 

 Also very disappointed. Was happy to get early access to the pdfs, but now my players are to the point where they SHOULD be playing the first board game scenario, but CAN'T. No shipping info emailed to me yet, no response to my email to ask when I can expect it. The game is out in all of my local game stores. This sucks.
