Well I was wondering if there is talk of officially adding subraces to the Leonin. I've seen several homebrew ones ranging from Cave Leonin (based on the extincted Cave lion) to Juggle Leonin to plains, jaguar, panther, and grey (shadowfell) Leonins. So I was curious if any of these may become a thing. Thank you
The leonin was added from a Magic: The Gathering setting to represent a race there that does not have subraces or alternative variations. The setting itself is very fixed and not very popular. So it is very unlikely they're release a new version of that book, and even less likely the leonin would be reprinted with subraces or variants.

Very, highly, unlikely.
