As Cyb3rM1id stated, the Spider Climb Spell does not effect or change the rules around Moving around Other Creatures as outlined in the PHB.

Would add though that if you are sufficiently above someone, you are in a different space, not occupying the same space as them.
Yep, two medium creatures and a 15' ceiling could "share' a space on a 2D map.
