I recently bought the 2024 DMG and MM bundle on DNDSTORE EU and probably did a mistake by not cheking a hidden box saying that I wanted to recieve my order separetely according to availability. So I'm gessing that my DMG book is stuck until february when MM lauches.
I tryed Customer support on wizard's website and no one replied in 15 days. Seems like they have an verry outdated custumer support FAQ as well, so I don't know what to do.
Did someone had the same problem as I and solved it?
Looking at that thread you showed me, aparently they are taking two months to reply the tickets. That's completely INSANE.
I'm not even sure what to do here. If I open another ticket to cancel the order it might take longer than the delivery itself. The lack of transparency is unbelievable. So little information about the order Status... nothing...
Never going to buy anything from this store again, that's for sure.
I'm on the same boat. No follow up email since I posted the order back in September. No way to check status of order. No contact information whatsoever to request a status update or enquire about the order.
Absolutely unacceptable: if I preorder I expect to get it near the release date. I also expect to be able to check on my order. If the thing never arrives do I just lose the money since there is no way to complain about it?

It is indeed unaccpetable. That's the hole point of buying on a pre-order right? Otherwise I wouldn't bother buying it two months before release. Now, all stores have sold out the books and we have absolutely nothing, not even a word about it.
They have our money and there nothing we can do about it. This is for sure not legal.

Out of curiousity did you also purchase the phb or did you purchase each book separately??
Are you able to sign into https://dndstore.wizards.com/eu and check your order - there should be a tracking number highlighted in the order history once you click manage
I ordered only the PHB first and recieved the book. This one had a tracking number. After that I ordered the bundle DMG + MM but this order doesn't have any tracking number or a delivery status.

since the PHB was apart of a separate order (not on same invoice)
when pre-ordering the DMG and MM, if you chose the option: 1) "Dispatch each product in separate shipments as it becomes available" - then dungeon master should of been sent already, might be worth checking the status of the order.
2) "Dispatch all products together in a single shipment (this means we will send your order when all items are available to ship)" - then you will be possibly waiting until the estimated ship date of 06. February 2025 for things to start moving.
unfortunately im unsure if there is a way to see which you chose, so ill make the assumption that they havent prepared your order yet and waiting on the monster manual to release before proceeding, however might be worth checking the orders status in your order history

A few days after the DMG lauched I tried to make another order to check if there was that kind of delivery option and there was no obvious one. I found that option when I tried to edit the adress. Not sure why this option is hidden on this edit adress page instead of a main overview before finishing the order.
But again, I'm not even sure if that is the case because there is ZERO transparency in the order history.

I wrote in the ticket I send almoast 20 days ago to change that setting to send it right away, bot no response yet.
