A player drops from my campaign. How can I remove him from my private message conversation or do I just start a new PM conversation with out them?
Is there any way to do this?
I think your best bet is to start a new PM without that player and move on.
They can opt to leave the conversation, but I don't believe that you have the ability to remove them yourself - if you do it's by clicking an (x) just next to their name on the list of participants on the right..
