They still sell the bundles, they just send you a code to redeem for the digital, but be warned a lot if us are still waiting for the Faerun books to turn up and even with the bundle discount you're not saving much over just buying the digital here and the physical on Amazon
It's just a function of the market. Not enough people in the UK play D&D to justify having the entire range in stock on the off chance that someone will buy them. My local LGS has core rules and one adventure book. When new stuff comes in, they end up swapping books out to fit it. Just isn't worth it to have more.
They can usually order stuff in...just takes a while.
