I own a hard copy of the players hand book. But am using the online player sheet at our sessions. I am unable to select certain features because I don't use a digital copy. Any way to input my ISBN # to get around this lock? I don't want to have to spend more money on a book I already own just to be able to use the online character sheet. Thanks for any help nerds.
If you just want the elements for your character sheet, you can buy those things piecemeal and/or homebrew them. You don't have to purchase the entire PHB on DDB. The buyers guide link in my signature lays out several different purchasing scenarios depending on how you want to use the site.

ISBN isn't a unique identifier. If you want to read a full discussion about every possible point that can be discussed about this topic, check out this thread: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/20491-d-d-beyond-pricing-purchase-faq

Yeah. I wish I could access the digital versions here of the books I own. Real bummer. It is what it is.
You kind of can do so by making your own homebrew of the information within the books that the basic guides don't cover.
