Hello, I am running a game irl and all members are using my legendary bundle with DM sharing enabled and something came up this week... when one of the players misplaced their bag of holding sheet.
Is there a way to create a communally editable form or item or something in the campaign that all members in the campaign can see and action? Similar to in roll 20 making a item that all can edit the contents?
Bag of Holding (and other similar items) - tracking what equipment is in the bag and adjusting encumbrance accordingly.
Shared inventories - stuff like a cart, where the DM can place loot and the party can allocate it out to themselves.
Location inventories - for equipment that's not actually on the adventure with you. Maybe a home, or a room in the inn, or a shared castle the party own.
For now the best option my party found is on the campaign page is public DM notes we used that for bag of holding inventory, yes it meant more dmworkbut was best suggestion at the time. Other suggestion would be a shared google sheet.

Loex - A Lizardfolk Lvl 4/7/4 Hexblade Profane Blood Hunter/ Battlesmith Artificer/ Cleric of the Forge Arborea - A Warforged Lvl 5 Hexblade Warlock Archive - A Autognome Lvl 3 Old One Warlock ER15 - A Autognome Lvl 7 Binder Warlock
Ultimately I'd like to see DDB incorporate this functionality so I only have to go to one site, but for the time being, I use Trello for all of my campaign management. It's normally used for workflow, but I find it works great as a sort of simple one-page wiki.
I keep lists for all of the NPCs, Locations, Enemies they've encountered, etc, and I add appropriate tags to each "card" on the list so everything is easily cross-linked.
But I also keep a list for Party Treasure. That way, whoever is logged in can add different cards for each item and maybe keep one for total gold, and then as that stuff gets doled out, they can just delete the whole card without having to go in and edit documents.
It's been a real game-changer in helping my players keep track of the bookkeeping aspect.
I also keep a 2nd private Trello for a DM Screen. Moving cards around a list is super easy for Initiative Tracking, and I can link each Monster Listing to the DDB page for faster statblock access. I also keep links for certain tables I use often, and I'll have NPC and Location cards premade on there so I can move them over to the shared one instantly as soon as the players encounter them.
Yes. An editable by everyone bag/cart/keep item somewhere would be good. As well as a creature tab like druids have for wild shapes where dm has access to all their monsters for the day.
Or a similar one for NPCs like the creatures tab.

Not currently, though there is an inventory update planned, that may well have shared inventory.

Bummer. Man that'd be a good inclusion.
Yeah, I'd love to see stuff like:
