Yes. In the main info page at the bottom under description box are two buttons for uploads. One is for the larger image that appears on the Details page and the other is a smaller one that will appear in listings (for example for monsters the larger would be the full image, the smaller would be just the head).
Note that if you publish it publicly the images will be removed automatically. If you do not publish and just share in the campaign with your fellow players, they'll see the images.

I've been making a number of custom homebrew items for my campaigns. Is there any way to add custom images for the items' icons?
