I am currently in a campaign where our DM has chosen to give us a power to add to our class and character. My old character had the ability of Truesight.
My new character is a wood elf Lycan Blood Hunter and I can’t think of a power for her. Any ideas?
Something centered around their lycan powers would be cool. Depending on what kind they are they could take something about that animal, and perhaps enhance it.
Ability to transform into a wolf or dire wolf using the Druid WIldshape rules.

Are there powers that could be used in two distinct ways? If there's one that has a beast-like application and a humanoid-like application, it might be neat to get advantage on the former use when the moon phase as over 50% full and advantage on the latter use when the moon is less than 50% full and standard non-advantage when the moon is around 50% full waxing or waning. Then again, that might be complicating it a bit much. Hard to say.
As asked, what is the library of powers you have for selecting a power?

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.

If you are allowed sight powers, then give her Blindsight while in Wolf form.

Enhanced senses? It's not flashy, but stuff like being able to track by scent, blindsense like a level 14 rogue, maybe even tremorsense, is very nice.
Canto alla vita
alla sua bellezza
ad ogni sua ferita
ogni sua carezza!
I sing to life and to its tragic beauty
To pain and to strife, but all that dances through me
The rise and the fall, I've lived through it all!

Also known as CrafterB and DankMemer.
Here, have some homebrew classes! Subclasses to? Why not races. Feats, feats as well. I have a lot of magic items. Lastly I got monsters, fun, fun times.

Flight? Invisibility? What are the options here?
At will detect magic?
For a lucan, I like the thought of being tied to the phases of the moon. What if they gain some power the builds during the phase?
