Are you looking to purchase spells as in the source material for spells (like purchasing a copy of the Player's Handbook)? Or are you looking to purchase spells in game for your character to actually learn? That's a big distinction that your post does not make clear.

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
There is no single "all spells" option: on marketplace you will need to go to each book. However, each one will have a "spells bundle" to purchase all the spells of that book at once. Now, I say purchase but what I mean is "add to basket" - add ti basket, go to next book's spell bundle, add to basket and so on until you have all spells. Then checkout to make one purchase of all the spells.

Going to be honest, the PHB and XGtE (which have the largest bulk of player character options) are worth buying with a coupon. (Be around 23$ each which a spell bundle, race bundle, subclass bundle, and feat bundle easily add up to).

i tried to find if there is a place to buy only the wizard spells, but couldn't found it, although you can filter all wizard spells in this page: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=8&filter-search=&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-sub-class=
am i just missing this option ?
Not easily, no. You can go book by book and buy each spell on the Wizard spell list, or you can just buy all the spells and only use the Wizard ones.
thanks for your answer.
