Talking to my relatives at a holiday thing this weekend, I was reminded of a weekly "program" put on by WotC or similar for an "Adventure of the week". It was the kind of thing that they put out a short 2-3 hour adventure every week, you'd go to the game store and play it, and then earn "points" towards character improvement. Is this a thing or had we all had a little too much eggnog? Where would I find a way to sign up to run it at the teen club I work at as the "Dungeons and Dragons Guy"?
You are thinking of the older organized play program that was used during the 4th Ed era. There were two options back then, a more moderate weekly set of games, and a monthly "lair assault" that was basically a super-hard one-shot that you could acquire points for accomplishing certain tasks. You could try doing the lair assault as many times as you wanted and stores were encouraged to keep a leader board of high point earners.

I thought that was it but I couldn't find any form of "adventure of the week" there... I'll keep digging through that if that's where I should be.
Releases of modules aren’t weekly, but there are enough options out there now for clubs/stores/etc.to do weekly games. You could definitely do AL—or even AL adventures without being AL official—as a weekly activity with the material available now.
I'm also seeking the way of marrying the chars, but it seems this Feat it's not implemented yet in D&D 5th edition.
Geez !!!
I fail to see how this is related to the OP.
If it's just a matter of role play, there's not need for a feat; as long as both players are willing, just decide the characters are married and/or role play the wedding.
There is a marriage option in the ceremony spell that adds some temporary buffs.
It's also always possible to homebrew a feat, as long as your DM is willing.

Thank you all in advance.
