The Far Realm is infinite and a realm of madness so there's nothing to figure out. Just create and not worry about it making sense.
It could be an Elemental Prince that fell into the Far Realm and has now been corrupted/mutated so can't return to its original plane or the mortal plane. Now it is looking for warlocks to help it get home. Or it could just be an insane Uvuudaum who thinks it's a genie.
I'm trying to figure this one out but it's the only realm I can't figure one out for.
Are you looking for an actual genie or genie-like entity, or are you just reskinning the genie warlock mechanics?
Either way, I would start by deciding what your Genie Vessel is -- and what the space inside looks like when you're using it -- and build out from there

Carric Aquissar, elven wannabe artist in his deconstructionist period (Archfey warlock) Lan Kidogo, mapach archaeologist and treasure hunter (Knowledge cleric) Mardan Ferres, elven private investigator obsessed with that one unsolved murder (Assassin rogue) Xhekhetiel, halfling survivor of a Betrayer Gods cult (Runechild sorcerer/fighter)
There are elemental powers tied to the Far Realm that could feasibly have genie servants, exarchs, or even slaves. Elder Evils describes two in particular that could fit - the Hulks of Zoretha (a group of slumbering colossi that seek to annihilate the Material Plane, who draw their power from all four elements) and The Dread Leviathan (tied to wind and water, could have Djinn or Marid tenders/caretakers.) You could have a genie patron tied to an entity such as this
Another source of Far Realm entities with potential for elemental servants are the Lovecraftian Outer Gods/Great Old Ones. Paizo fleshed them out far more than WotC for their Far Realm analogue (the Dark Tapestry, kind of), but you should be able to lift and shift them pretty easily.

I don't understand what you're asking for. There are no genies in the far realm. Genies are from the elemental planes of air, fire, water and earth.
As for a Far Realm based warlock patron: that would be the Great Old One subclass.

Any creature that lives in the far realm should be at least a little bit crazy. Hard to stay sane when you live in the world HP Lovecraft described.
How about a Genie cursed to live there, who wishes to pull all the genies to live in the Far Realm under his control.
