It's more because when they made those feats in XGTE they only focused on races from the Basic Rules / PHB.
There are homebrew feats made by dev BadEye for other races.

Yeah it is pretty hard to include "orcs are able to take the orcish fury feat," in later books. New books don't frequently refer to spells and races from other books. (These statements are satirical.)
Can they not use the Orcish Fury feat? I'm not seeing it on the Beyond builder.
Orcs don't have access to Orcish Fury. The prerequisite is half-orc, not orc.

Turns out only half-orcs are furious. Full orcs are more chill and confident in their orcishness. They have nothing to prove.
