I'm planning on buying Eberron next time it goes on sale and I wanted to know if buying it grants access to the Goblinoid races?
I ask because when buying individual parts of the books, I have to go under Volos Guide to get them.
I just wanted to make sure if this is just for individual purchases so people don't accidentally buy the same thing twice.
Anyone? Really? This seems like an easy question.
