I want to buy PHB for my first campaing, Im going to play it with total new friends (im kinda new too) and I was wondering if I buy the book, will they be able to use it if we are in the same campaing?

If you buy it IRL, yes, they will. On D&D Beyond, probably not, excluding what Halfast said.

Just because I misinterpreted this the first time I read it:
if you buy a physical book it does not give you that content on DDB (They are separate company) . So if you buy a physical book nothing but distance stops you from passing it around to your friends. If you buy on DDB one of you would need a Master subscription in order to share the PHB content in the character builder.
Well, yes and no? I don't have a subscription, but I've been able to share with my players just fine, so *shrug*?
Wonkiness aside, the thing you can do if you aren't able to share the official content you have is go to the homebrew section, choose "create a subclass/spell/race/whatever you want to share", and select an existing option as a template, then just share it with your players as homebrew; so long as you don't publish it (and it shouldn't let you do that in any event) you'll be good to go.

Mezzurah, For real? I Need to try, when i finish my tests i will see if it works
Should do, yup. Your players will need to be in your campaign, and they will need to have homebrew enabled in their character creation screen, but with that taken care of they should be good.
You(Or somebody in the campaign) would need a master tier subscription to turn on content sharing.
What Halfastbracgirdle wrote. I run a campaign for a group that are mostly less than advantaged kids. I purchased a whole slew of content here and then got a Master Tier subscription and gave them an invite to my campaign. It is also really nice for me because they can then level up their characters without a lot of assistance.
