I made a homebrew subclass for the Monk. I don't play monk often so would like some feedback - it's probably overpowered and may need scaling back, but would like ideas on how to do that.

1: Lightning isn't one of the elementals, though it is an elemental damage type.
2: Elemental Attacks: Earth is extremely debuffed in this. While there is no creative way to improve this, it still kind of sucks that the damage type doesn't change
3: Elemental Defense: Air is a bit underpowered, and fire is a bit too powerful. I feel like every reaction should just use the base ki point.
4: Elemental Spells: A bit out of nowhere, but it works.
5: Summon an elemental, not a dragon. Including a dragon is kind of against the point of the subclass.
