This may have been answered elsewhere, but I am having no luck in finding an answer: Is there a way to create Racial Trait Options that don't add a description in the Character Builder once you have selected your choice?
For example, the Centaur race has options of Animal Handling, Medicine, Nature, or Survival under the Survivor trait.
I am getting stuck because, after creating a trait, options won't save (so that a modifier can be applied) unless text is entered in the Description box. But then that text shows up after you make a selection from the options when test-building a character (having gone through the process of creating three options, each with one modifier added).
It’s the “Hide in Builder” box, which is separate from the “Hide on Sheet” and “Hide On Details Page” boxes. There is also a “Is Called Out” box which makes sure it’s mentioned in the builder, even if it isn’t displayed.

Sadly, the difference between it being noted, and it being usable, in the builder mean neither of those boxes worked as a solution.
After you add anything to, change anything on, or remove anything from any homebrew you MUST re-save the entire thing using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information or the system won’t pick up your changes. After that it can sometimes take up to 20 minutes for those changes to push through to the character builder.
The Centaur Survivor trait was achieved not with Options, but with a specific Modifier: Proficiency - Choose a Centaur Skill. Unfortunately for homebrewing, we're left with using Options under a feature or trait, which requires putting "You have proficiency in XX." for each option. (Unless you luck out with an existing Proficiency - Choose a --- Skill modifier that does exactly what you want.)

Help appreciated. Please and thank you!

Tick the hide from character box, this will hide the trait in the builder.

The Hide In Builder box? That removes the option altogether from the Character Builder.

This is what I suspected, but hoped there might be a sneaky work-around people had come up with.
Oh well. Cheers!
