Currently, I’m attempting to make a new race for DnD. I want to add a bonus action called Rush- basically, you run forward at half your movement speed at a target in rage, and you bite ‘em. Currently p, I have no idea how to do this. Can someone please help?
Also, I want to create an Action that allows my character to temporarily add 20ft of movement speed to their normal walking speed, but I don’t know how to do that either. Can someone help?
DDB doesn't support temporary effects at this time, so you can't have the feature adjust your movement speed up and down again. You just have to create an Action and have it describe what you want.
The bonus action move+bite is doable. Create a Weapon Action, that includes the Stat used for the bite, the damage die. Make it a “melee attack,” with a “type=‘natural weapon,” and set “Display as Attack” to “Yes.” Set the ”Activation Type” as bonus action, and if it’ll have limited uses, designate a “Reset Type” too. Make sure to describe both the 20-foot of movement, and the bite in the Snippet field too (if you leave the Description field blank it’ll automatically use the Description from the main feature.) [SAVE] Then, edit that new Action and scroll all the way to the bottom and you’ll see one (or two) new sections: “Level Scaling” (and “Limited Uses” if you set that “reset type.” Okay The 20tt of movement will only appear in the descriptions and snippets. (There’s really nothing else to do for that except for a hack: if you enter 20 into the Range field before setting it the attack as “Melee” and then enter the 5 in as the melee reach, the sheet WIP display bot the 20 and the 5.
The Action to add movement would be a “General Action” enter 20 into the range field, explain it in the snippet, if it’ll also have limited uses then don’t forget the Reset Type.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-
oh, hello there.
This is simply not possible to implement in dndbeyond.
My homebrew content: Monsters, subclasses, Magic items, Feats, spells, races, backgrounds
Are you sure? I’d think that there’d be a way…

To come back to your main question about adding a Bonus Action to a homebrew class, that's simple enough.
That should be all you need, unless you want to apply limited uses or other effects.
