Nobody here can legally recreate it and publish - it's up to the original creator to come over here and make it if they want. Perhaps you can reach out to them?
All anyone can do here is recreate for their own private use. Which you can do yourself, by the way.
This should also be in the Homebrew forum, for obvious reasons, so I will try and get a mod to move this for you.
