This is probably a long shot, but I'm trying to create a pair of magic items. Attuning to one item in the pair grants a few abilities, but pairing with both strengthens the initial abilities and grants additional bonuses.
Is there a way to do this with the current DDB homebrew tools?
Second, I see where I can adjust a spell's save DC, is there a place to adjust the spell's to hit bonus? For instance, I want my time to grant the spell fire bolt at a +5 bonus to hit.
The way it's done for official paired items is by having a third "item" to represent the benefits you gain from having both (and which doesn't require attunement since it's not a real item.) As a prime example: Eye of Vecna, Hand of Vecna, Eye and Hand of Vecna
