I have a half-giant rune knight character (Big Norse Energy) who has joined the order of the sash and become a wereraven. So this ability would certainly be useful -- doing it manually gets old.
As far as I am aware, player characters cannot have unlimited regeneration effects. otherwise, you wouldn't need a long rest if you just automatically regained all your HP after a bit.
Ring of regeneration is the closest thing I can find, it's a magic item and lets you regain 1D6 HP every 10 minutes.

On dndbeyond this is not possible to be done automatically.
