Replicating rules would be something of an unwritten taboo from system to system. There are exceptions for example the 4e minion rule works better for large combats but for the most part, you need to be careful about which one's you take otherwise it will very easily be abused, forgotten or ignored.
As for Monster Blocks, while that would be interesting, and that 3.5 has a massive collection of various assets. Most of them are not remotely balanced for the bounded accuracy system, and Game Masters who would reasonably utilize such content would typically make their own.
Legacy Weaponry would add to the small arsenal that 5e has, and frankly I think could actually be beneficial outside of completely porting Pathfinder or 3.5 gear to 5e. At the very least, make it a tad more meaningful.
Just my 2 cents.

Don't ask dumb questions. You'll get dumb answers. Don't ask smart questions. You'll get dumb answers. Really...just don't ask questions. Most people are just dumb.
I used published 'Legacy Weapons' from Wildemount for consistency. It's not a perfectly translation but I think it's a good compromise.
Wargird's Armor
Long believed lost in a great avalanche, this mastercrafted breastplate was worn by the smith who forged it and inhabited by the spirit of a slain barbarian.
Dormant
While wearing the armor in its dormant state, you gain the following benefits:
The armor grants you a +1 bonus to AC.
If you would take damage that would reduce you to 0 hit points but not kill you outright, you instead are left with 1 hit point. This feature activates automatically, once per long rest.
As a bonus action, you can channel the strength of a barbarian spirit, giving yourself advantage on ability checks and saving throws using Strength for the next minute. This property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
Awakened
When the armor reaches an awakened state, it gains the following properties:
The AC bonus of the armor increases to +2.
Your walking speed increases by 5 feet.
Once per long rest, you may cast the haste spell, targeting yourself and requiring no components.
Exalted
When the armor reaches an exalted state, it gains the following properties:
The AC bonus of the armor increases to +3.
You gain resistance to cold damage.
Once per long rest, you may cast the stoneskin spell, targeting yourself and requiring no components.
Oh cool, a place where you can ask people to use your ideas for Homebrew.
I've been attempting a fire themed wizard ( Due to the bunch of fire themed spells ) that can conjure a flame familiar and depending on which one you chose the effects of the class change. Is it possible for anyone to try to do this due to my inability to make homebrew subclasses.
I would say I'm pretty competent at homebrewing, so I'll take people's request.
As for me, I'd like someone to make a race that fits this lore:
Guardian Race:
The guardians are an ancient race, some even say they were the first race made created. They appear to be trees taking a semi humanoid form; legs being a tangle of roots, arms being branches, and body being a large tree trunk.
Guardians are known for being wise defenders of nature, slow to anger, but a force to be reckoned with when they are angered, and wielders of mystical nature magic.
If an observer were the look closely, they would see a roughly carved gem stone on each and every one of them, hanging from there neck on a cord. To the few that know of there customs (other than the guardians themselves), they would know that each guardian is given one of these necklaces at birth, an enchanted by the ruler of the guardians, an ancient immortal archdruid, who was granted immortality by Fletshi. This necklace is the source of all the guardian's mystic power.
Ideas for it stats wise:
Probably only weak abilities like skills and darkvision, and only plus 1 or 2 total ASIs without the necklace. With you it they would probably get some nature magic abilities, and more ASIs so that they have the normal plus 3 total. Probably the necklace would be usable for others, but weaker. (Like if it gets stolen)
This is a thread for people asking others to make homebrew. Requirements:

If not, how about a more advanced control flames.

You can look at 3.5 wizard familiar rules or warlock familiar rules, then I can design a pet fire elemental for you.
