Am i able to add a ability with a set number of uses, like the Druids Wild Shape. The Magic Items creator can do that, so i was hopping to be able to do it in a subclass as well.
And if i can do that can i also set the number of uses based on a Ability Score?

Make an action then go down to limited use. You'll be able to make the feature dependent on an ability score there.
