I have a player who has been running a full homebrewed class. It is not a subclass (probably should have been but too late now) but a full blown class. Is there anyway to add this without having to rewrite into a subclass?
You could possibly try to multiclass into something that makes sense. I’m not sure how well that would work in your campaign but it’s the best I’ve got.
Long answer is that the DDB staff has been very clear that they are hesitant to create such a tool as they want something comprehensive and don't believe they can predict what every homebrew class mechanic would look like. They have said that they may add popular homebrew classes if there is enough demand and they will add UA classes as they come out.

In short, no.
