To begin, I would choose an name, is it Boarmen or Porcine? I prefer Porcine
So, what's a Porcine? What type of society do they have? Why do they adventure? If they're solitary, how have they maintained a race for this long and not died off? Do they worship gods? A Rare Sight could be incorporated into Lone Wanderers.
Traits. First off, traits are listed in a particular way. They go Ability Score Increase, Age, Alignment, Size, Speed, [Other traits in alphabetical order], Languages. The traits on the whole look fine, there are three we should discuss.
Stout. An interesting trait, but not one I see coming in handy as you don't provide heavy armor proficiency, but I would argue living in the wilderness, it makes little sense for them to be proficient in ring mail, chain mail, or plate.
Charge. I would copy the boar's charge feature, replacing the DC with a DC calculation: 8+ your proficiency modifier+ your strength modifier.
Hardy Forager. The language in this is not specific enough. Sometimes the DM wants there to be no food, but this racial trait says that the Porcine can always find food. Perhaps, like the ranger's natural explorer feature; "When you forage, you find twice as much food as you normally would." The resistance to poison should be "you have advantage against on saving throws against poison."
"The relevant equation is: Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass; a good bookshop is just a genteel Black Hole that knows how to read." - Terry Pratchett
Created a new Race (1st try) - Porcine - Please comment with any feedback or suggestions!
