How could I receive feedback about homebrews I create? I would like to make things that other (more experienced players) find balanced and wouldn't upset most casual plays.
"The relevant equation is: Knowledge = power = energy = matter = mass; a good bookshop is just a genteel Black Hole that knows how to read." - Terry Pratchett
I don't really know how else to do this, but a subclass for Blood Hunter called Order of The Solidifier, and a nice little weapon called The Tome of Tutelage. Sorry if it's troublesome to go searching for them, I don't know if you link things like those.
In the future, do provide links, it's one less barrier to help you.
I don't feel comfortable providing feedback with Order of the Solidifier, I've found the blood hunter written in a way incompatible with official material.
The Tome of Tutelage is definitely something I can help with. First off, is it a book? If it's a book, I would include in the description, "This book doubles as a club" or something to that effect. The last two lines feel unnecessary, they don't add anything to the description. Secondly are you familiar with the ranking of magic items? The most common and least powerful are common, followed by uncommon, rare, very rare, legendary, and artifact. Artifacts are usually unique items, only one of them existing in the world or multiverse. I would place the as a common or uncommon item as it is similar to ruby of the war mage.

Of course! What homebrews are you wanting feedback on?
