Looks like you copy pasted some stuff from the Human race. the level 5 ability is a bit confusing. Also, on one of the pages there's this:
Exemplars of Friendship
Humans who seek adventure are the most daring and ambitious members of a caring and friendly race. They seek to earn glory in the eyes of their fellows by amassing freindship, wealth, and fame.
I assume you mean Lanulien?

"Halt your wagging and wag your halters, for I am mastercryomancer!"
It is a weird and unimpactful version of human. Lose some of the copied human elements (the +1s in every stat, the 2 extra languages, and the copy/paste description) and develop the unique aspects.
Its ironic that they have a -1 to intimidation when the art looks like an interview to be the next Joker.
I would suggest scrapping anything pulled directly from the human race description. Using something so blatantly is considered poor form.
Historical Knowledge is not a 5th level ability, it is such a small bonus it should barely be considered a 1st level ability.
Historical Knowledge and Peaceful Reputation are too minute to be considered important to the race, even though these seem to be essential aspects of the race. Those small pluses and minuses have been generally done away with in 5e, reduced to advantage. Perhaps proficiency or advantage in History and Persuasion checks would impart the same flavor with more mechanical benefits (You could also do away with the intelligence prerequisite, it becomes a bit too much of an edge case).
The ability score increase seems rather dry. Think about other races, elves are often considered graceful, they get a dexterity bonus; dwarves are considered hardy, they get a constitution bonus. What are lanuliens considered?
Typically half races get their own race, especially considering how the half-lanulien is plainly better than a lanulien, getting all of the lanulien benefits and a feature called smile. If they don't, specify that in the feature.
For the Cold variant, the feature listed is currently purely flavor. The only thing that might be considered substance is "They have cold resistance higher than normal." But what is normal? I suggest giving them cold resistance. But once again, we find ourselves in a situation like the half-lanulien: Why play a normal lanulien when the Cold variant is better?
I suggest you incorporate the cold resistance into the race as a whole. Yes, you do lose out on this idea of the cold resistance being special but it might not have to be. Perhaps lanuliens are all cold resistant but the ones that have the last name "Cold" have some intangible quality, perhaps they are the ones that want to explore or have the adventuring spirit.
I think what you have is workable but it's not yet in a place that feels finished. Keep working on it, I can't wait to see the final product!

My mistake. Yes some things are taken based off the human race only because they basically are.
