So, I hope I can describe what I'm trying to do well enough for people to help me.

Basically, I want to make it so that a dragonborn's breath weapon scales with their CON modifier (i.e. 2d6 + CON on the damage roll). But I, for the life of me can't figure out if that is a thing that I can do.

Help would be greatly appreciated as I am slowly losing my marbles.

• Make a homebrewed race using the original Dragonborn as the template.
• Edit the Breath Weapon Trait.
• Edit each of the options attached to that feature one at a time.
• What you’re gonna need to do is edit the action attached to each of those options. All you need to do is change the Action Type from “General” to either “Weapon” or “Spell.” (I think either one will add the Con mod to the damage roll, but it might only be ”Weapon.” I honestly don’t recall off the top of my head.)
• After you have saved each Action, be sure to save the Option it is attached to.
• Once you have saved all of the options, save that Breath Weapon trait.
• After all of that, you MUST re-save the entire Homebrew using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information for the system to pick up your changes.
