You have had a dream, an encounter, or share a heritage to a deity and form a minor pact with an otherworldy being. Choose a Patron from the Warlock class. You gain the following benefits:
You learn one Warlock cantrip.
Select one Eldritch Invocation that has no prerequisite.
Select any Eldritch Invocation (you must meet any prerequisite should your choice have one.)
*You can only select this feat once. Your spellcasting ability is unchanged should you have one, if you cannot otherwise cast spells Charisma is your spellcasting ability. *Invocations requiring Pact of the Chain can be selected if are able to cast Find Familiar.
I think two Eldritch Invocations is a little much. Maybe one that you meet the prerequisite of?
Perhaps depending on the patron, you get a first spell you can cast once per day. For the Fiend it might be hellish rebuke, for the Archfey, faerie fire, and so on.

So you are thinking one cantrip, one spell that is a 1/day based on patron, and 1 invocation (must meet any prerequisite)

After the suggested changes, I do enjoy this feat, but there is one thing I would change. I know this opinion is going to be an unfavorable one but, I would make it so that the spell casting modifier for the spells gain by this feat are Charisma regardless if you have another spellcasting modifier. The reason why I suggest this is that this feat could be seen as a taking a 1/4 level into warlock or as a different version of mage initiate (warlock), so to me it would make sense that charisma would still be the spellcasting modifier to the gained spells.
(also just curious, but is this going to be an update of your feat or this going to be a stand alone)

Yeah, I could see making it charisma, and this is an update to the feat I was working on. It is cleaner now.
I really like this concept. However it doesn't list The Seeker, Raven Queen, or the Kraken in the patron options.

These are not official patrons. I don’t know the intention of the feat, but if I was making this feat, I would make it only for official patrons.
If they are not offical then why did WOTC produce content for 5e, its to playtest with it and for the players to use. Hell I would allow them to Use it my campaign, although my Raven Queen isn't exactly the same the offical version.

If you read the sidebar at the top of the documents for the Raven Queen, it reads, "These game mechanics are in draft form, usable in your campaign but not refined by design iterations or full game development. They aren’t officially part of the game and aren’t permitted in D&D Adventurers League events. If they become official, they will appear in a book." This is true for all UA including The Seeker The Kraken was only on Mike Mearls Happy Fun Hour, if memory serves correctly, and those mechanics are far from even appearing in UA.
This is how most people view these subclasses, as unofficial and unfinished. For that reason, if I was making this feat, I would be disinclined to include those. However, this is AaronWho's feat and the inclusion of those subclasses is their call to make.

1. Draft form is legalese for play testing content and without play testing by the players or beta-testers to give feedback they will rarely release such content. Its the same for any company.
2. I would include them just to give options.

Heck, its a made up feat anyway, pick any “patron” you want and pick a spell, for instance, I could say “my patron is an archdruid from the feywild and they grant me find familiar” - using this in any capacity will require dm approval.

Yes, exactly.

yeah, I think I like that a lot
to make it easy, I think I could say you can choose a 1st level spell from the expanded list of the patron

Assuming they are written like all the other Patrons, just use the spells from their expanded list.
Kraken adds fog cloud and create or destroy water, Raven Queen false life and sanctuary, Seeker is feather fall and jump

My main concern is balancing the options
