Because I love otters, I'm homebrewing one up for use as a wildshape on a druid that will be joining the party I'm running. Thoughts on this one? (CHA is so high because otters, while vicious, are adorable.)
Hold Breath. The otter can hold its breath for 5 minutes.
Blindsight. The otter can't use its blindsight if deafened or its sense of smell is impacted in any way.
Keen Senses. The otter has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Nearsighted. The otter has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight beyond a range of five feet.
Multiattack. The otter makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 3 (1d6) piercing damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) slashing damage.
