So my dm in the last session gave me a +4 long sword that also ignores armor and shields. I'm trying to make it with the homebrew system but I cant seem to find it. I've tries hitting ignore under the properties but I'm not sure either of those AC options are what I'm looking for. Please help me if you can.
Are you asking if there is a modifier to ignore another creature's armor class? If so, there is currently no such modifier and you'll have to include it in the description.

That's so far houseruled that there's no way the character builder will have it, both because its plus is higher than is game standard, and that ability is beyond broken.
That's still insanely broken. Like... a +4 weapon is already Legendary, but ignoring armor completely is almost like giving an additional +10 to hit with every roll. Short of a natural 1 there's almost no way to miss with that weapon. Honestly, a +4 already effectively ignores shields and many types of armor. Unless your DM is also a "Kill 'Em All" type who has you constantly thrust into overwhelming, life-or-death battles, there's really no need for such a powerful weapon.

It's not that it ignores its armor class just any armor its wearing. So it goes strictly off of natural armor so 10+DEX
