I'm sure this has been asked somewhere before, but I haven't been able to find it; How do you make the race homebrew system recognize your ability score modifiers? In other words, I have created a race, loaded it onto D&D Beyond, and want the score modifiers to be applied when I use it to make a character on D&D Beyond. How do I do that?
I strongly suggest you read James Intracaso's homebrew race Design Workshop. It will walk you through the first steps of making a race on DDB with traits that affect the character sheet.
