I'm trying to create a rare weapon with +2 to attacks and damage in DnD Beyond's homebrew creation feature, but I'm having trouble with the modifiers showing up on the character after making the weapon the hex/pact weapon. The modifier adjusts to the same modifier as the other weapons without the +2 bonus. I'm aware the feature adds +1 for the hex weapon feature, but I was trying to give a player a weapon that would add an additional bonus to the attack/damage rolls.
Any tips as to how to manipulate the modifiers to accomplish this?
The proper way to make a magic weapon with a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls is with the following modifier:
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Magic->Fixed Value: 2
Keep in mind that won’t stack with the +1 bonus from the Improved Pact Weapon Invocation. That invocation specifically only grants its +1 bonus to weapons that don’t already have a bonus to those rolls. So they will only get the +2, it won’t add up to +3.

That fixed what I was trying to do. Thank you!
I was adding the bonus to "Melee Weapon Attacks."
I knew it wouldn't stack, which is why the +2 was important to put on (so it actually was better than his "common" hex weapons).
But that was exactly the fix I was hoping for! Thanks again!
Happy to help.
