I created a subclass based ont he circle of the shepard. literally only changing th elevels that the shepard subclass gave and made my own. now the subclass cannot be shared because it has supposedly, levels not related to the druid class. but literally the only thing i have are these...
thats literally what the circle of the shepard used level wise. so i dont understand why i cannot share my subclass because of levels ?
heres the actual error...
This Subclass cannot be shared with the community for the following reasons: This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels. Remember, private homebrew is automatically shared with other users in your campaigns and does not need to be shared with the community for players to access.

While the Circle of the Shephard has no circle spells, to accommodate for circles like Spores and Land, there is a feature at 3rd level for Circle Spells. For your druid subclass it must have a 3rd level ability. In the subclass guide linked in my signature, it shows the necessary levels for each class.
This fluke of the system has been well documented, many people have encountered it. I would not be surprised if they are going to fix it in the eventual homebrew builder overhaul.

A druid circle unfortunately requires circle spells (starting at 3rd level), or some similar feature to be shared on DDB.
