I need help trying to create a homebrew and was told to post it here i don't know how to connect spells or other attacks to racial features also it wants a snippet and i am unsure what to do for that at all but it is required

It’s no bother, just a lot to explain everything. I’m willing to help, so if you get stuck on a specific part, or it doesn’t work the way you think it should just ask. Some of those features might get confusing to program, but it all looks totally doable. So if something does trip you up I’m happy to help.
Just doing this so it’s easier to see, I also included the other parts that sometimes cause people trouble too for my sake.
Marine caster. Has shape water cantrip can cast create/destroy water once per long rest. Starting at lvl 3 may cast speak with animals at will but only works with aquatic life. Starting at lvl 5 may cast wall of water once per long rest.
Natural weapon. Bite: dmg 1d6+str mod causes bleed. Bleed: 1d4 damage at start of turn for 1 minute to end bleed effect early when healed through a spell or when stabilized with a medicine kit DC 10+str mod, Bleed damage increases at lvl 5 (2d4) lvl 11 (3d4) lvl 17 (4d4)
Dermal denticles. Base ac = 12+dex mod.
Blood frenzy. Blood frenzy. (must be in water)bonus action to begin frenzy when in blood frenzy you must take an attack action but you do have adv on attacks if you can not target an enemy you must target an allie at the start of your turn you may roll a con save of dc 10+amount of fallen creatures after 3 failed attempts you fall into a complete frenzy for 10 minutes and must attack until you can’t anymore. To avoid the saves, you can move 30ft away from the bleeding corpses to calm down naturally.

For the bleeding damage, make a homebrew copy of Longsword of Wounding as it is similar and you can learn from that, create an action that has no attack roll to make the bleeding damage and mare the “activation type” as “No Action” and the reset type to “special” for that and use “level overrides” to change the damage based on level.
For Blood Frenzy that will be mostly just text attached to an action. Make it a “general Action” and you can use “number of uses” and to place the three checkboxes and make the reset type to “special” for that.
to increase the damage for each level would i just do another modifier of 1d4 at each level or would i do it for 2d4 then 3d4 then 4d4 basically would it just keep adding damage or would it override the previous

After it has been submitted is there a way to go back in and fix thing because i forgot to make wall of water only available at lvl 5
You mean after you “published” it?!? No, you cannot change it. You have to “create new version” edit it, and resubmit it. It’s a pain and leaves ghosts on your backend. In future, do not publish it before you playtest and edit it.
