I noticed there is a huge need for subclasses focused on the four elements (and sub-elements). The Druid, Sorcerer and Cleric are in especially desperate need of this. Any thoughts/homebrew submissions?

All hail the great and mighty platypus.
Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.

Rangers are not underpowered. They’re just exploration-oriented.
Though I can see it for the Druid, Sorcerer might work though it doesn't sound too interesting and Cleric really doesn't fit. Clerics have the Nature Domain and I don't think anything more than that is needed.
Technically, you could consider the following classes to have elemental subclasses already: Barbarian (Path of the Storm Herald has Cold, Lightning, and Fire), Sorcerer (Draconic Bloodline is very elemental-heavy, albeit in your chosen element), Warlock (Genie definitely has elemental undertones).

Then I don’t know what to do about clerics of gods of a specific element. Like a god of fire. And sorcerer is in need of a lot of additional subclasses- Fey. Arcane. Nature. And, of course, Elemental.

I agree that there need to be more elemental subclasses, which is why I've been making more elemental spells and subclasses for my homebrew project.
Great! I know you’re a great homebrew creator, so I might want to use some of those. Where can I find them?

I think in my Enigmatic Esoterica thread, but I have a few others written down . . .
The ones I see in Enigmatic Esoterica seem to be mostly ice-themed, but I still appretiate it. Thank you!
