I don’t believe that is possible. RAW, if a character gets the Extra Attack feature from multiple spine es they don’t stack. To accomplish that, DDB programmed that modifier to set a fixed integer, and the. The system knows to use whichever is the highest. So normally it would be:
Modifier: Set->Subtype: Extra Attacks->Fixed Value: X
If X = 1, then the Character gets 2 Attacks.
If X = 3, then the Character gets 4 Attacks
Since the highest instance of Extra Attacks is a 20th-level Fighter with 3 Extra Attacks, that is probably the highest number the system will accept (but I honestly haven’t double checked that).
If what you want to accusing actually possible then it would have to use the following:
Modifier: Set->Subtype: Extra Attacks->Ability Score: Con
After adding that modifier you MUST re-save the entire Homebrew using the main [SAVE CHANGES] button under Basic Information so the system can register the change. It could take up 20 minutes for the that to push through to the character builder/sheet.
If that works at all please come back and lemme know.
Please keep in mind that if it does work then a character using that subclass could potentially have up to 6 attacks per turn by whatever level they get that feature, which would completely invalidate All Fighters, Barbarians, and Monks.
That would set the total attack count value for Extra Attack to CON mod, which sounds hilariously broken. I believe Boberino is asking for one Extra Attack per turn(?) [CON Mod] number of times per however-this-recharges. That would simply be adding an Action with Mod number of uses on the sheet, with a "Special" activation condition, ne?

Ah-haha. I misunderstood the request. Yes, absolutely that would be how to construct a feature l like that. Thanks Yurei.
I agree that would be stupid broken, which was why I added that last paragraph at the end. (But honestly I’m tired of people resenting me for try to save them from themselves. If people want to nuke their own campaigns then they can have at it. If they get others to drink the Kool-aid too then that’s on them. 🤷♂️
So i want to add a subclass with an amount of extra attacks you can spend equal to your con modifier, how would you make it used only that many times
